(Export-control compliance required. See recruiter for eligibility details.)Job SummaryPerforms wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etc. and diffusion. In senior and highly skilled levels, performs equipment set-up and calibration, and may perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess 200mm wafer through Lithography, Deposition, and Etch processesFamiliarity with operation of metrology equipment requiring analysis of dataMaintain detailed records such as SPC charts & data entry for Products and EquipmentAbility to work in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom and familiar with 5S principlesUnderstand clean room protocol and familiarity with handling chemicalsSchedule and coordinate WIP for efficient movement of Production and Engineering prioritiesFollow instructions on paper and digital TravelersInspect and disposition nonconforming productRequired SkillsAttention to detailCommunication skillsCollaboration and teamworkInitiativeOrganizational and planning skillsDemonstrated computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applicationsApplies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasksWorks on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practiceNormally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignmentsPreferred SkillsClean Room experienceMicroscope OpticsSemiconductorsRequired ExperienceTypically requires a minimum of 1–2 years of related experienceMust be able to communicate clearly and able to read and write using the English languageWork Environment / Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 30 poundsCan stand for 3–5 hours or sit for 4–8 hours per shiftSteady hands requiredWork performed in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom environmentBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a leading provider of advanced sensing solutions for thermal imaging, threat detection, and public safety, with operations spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
