We're the world's leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the U.S. Department of Defense.What You'll DoDesign, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for high-performance silicon and HgCdTe detector arraysSupport detector production and process development in a cleanroom environmentWork across photolithography, wet/dry etch, annealing, metallization, and metrology modules to improve yield and throughputTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive continuous process improvements and new process developmentCollaborate with development engineers to transfer new technologies into manufacturingAnalyze SPC data, run experiments, and contribute to process documentation and equipment qualificationExecute and track production using MES while complying with AS9100 quality standardsWhat You NeedBachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experienceStrong foundation in semiconductor device design and fabrication techniquesHands-on experience with silicon device fabrication and cleanroom operations (preferred)Experience with DOE, statistical analysis, and manufacturing process controlStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical conceptsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software; flexibility to work additional hours as neededWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary & Benefits PackageHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEducational Tuition ReimbursementFun Employee Events throughout the yearWhy Teledyne?Our infrared sensors are "Everywhere You Look"™ — from the James Webb Space Telescope to critical defense and climate-monitoring missions.
