Job description

Role Overview

Join TH Experiential as a Senior 3D Experiential Designer, a pivotal role in shaping the future of physical brand experiences. Reporting directly to the CCO and partnering with the Creative Strategy and Senior Art Director, you will define the creative vision for high-value RFP responses and upfront pitches, leading the entire design-to-production process.

You will architect transformative, immersive brand environments, specializing in large-scale exhibitions, innovative retail pop-ups, and cutting-edge experiential marketing activations. This role requires you to invent, design, and hyper-render distinctive physical spaces from concept creation through to final production.

As the leader in spatial realization, you will translate ambitious creative concepts into buildable realities. This includes developing detailed 3D models, high fidelity renderings, and fabrication ready architectural plans. This critical function requires a balance of inspired spatial aesthetics, technical feasibility, and disciplined budget management.
