Job description
Randstad USA in San Francisco is seeking an energetic warehouse operations leader to drive multi-account fulfillment in a fast-moving 3PL environment, overseeing 25+ corporate accounts and 500 daily orders. You will optimize pick/pack/kitting, manage SLAs, and push Lean/5S improvements.
Lead with NetSuite WMS experience, coordinate with carriers, and mentor a growing team on-site 3–4 days a week, delivering value to clients and contributing to a purpose-driven culture.
