Job description
Office of the Attorney General of Texas seeks a licensed attorney for a high-stakes consumer protection role. Based in Texas, you will lead plaintiff-side litigation against major corporations, directing investigations from inception through trial and handling civil actions in federal/state court or SOAH.
The ideal candidate has experience as a first-chair litigator, with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage demanding workloads in person at OAG offices.
