Job description
NEON in New York seeks an Account Director, VP, Business Management to oversee the financial health and operations of a large-scale account. You partner with Account Management, Project Management, Finance and Creative to drive budgets, SOWs, forecasts and profitability.
The role requires 8–10 years agency experience (pharma preferred), a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), expert Excel and WorkFront skills, and strong leadership and client-facing abilities.
