Monks in New York seeks an Account Director to lead high-volume production workstreams and serve as a trusted advisor aligning ambitious creative executions with client business goals. You will drive collaboration across Strategy, Creative, and Production teams.
The role requires 8+ years of agency experience, exceptional communication, and hands-on leadership in complex content production. Travel to client and production sites will be expected, following the company’s RTO policy.
