Senior Account Executive/Associate Director Digital Sales – Managed ServiceLocation: NYC 3x per week in officeJoin a cutting-edge technology company with nearly two decades of expertise in digital advertising! Ready to be part of an innovative company shaping the future of digital advertising?Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain relationships with media agencies (holding companies) and Fortune 500 brands to drive business growth.Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotasBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client partnerships.Collaborate with the sales development team to engage prospects and schedule meetings.Work closely with media strategy and client services teams to plan and execute campaigns.Contribute to the company's overall marketing strategies and product development initiatives.Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends.Provide mentorship and support to new hires and junior team members.You're the Right Fit If:You're passionate about digital media and advertising technology, and have established agency relationships with Tier 1 agencies and Fortune 500 brandsYou demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.Strong in new business salesYou thrive on meeting new people, building relationships, and enjoy the art of conversation.You're a natural overachiever who sets ambitious goals and consistently surpasses them.You're self-motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems creatively.You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.You excel under pressure, meet deadlines with ease, and thrive in fast-paced environments.You have a proven track record of high performance, including breaking new business and exceeding targets.Requirements:Between 3-7 years of experience in digital media sales with a strong track record of success working with fortune 500 brands and tier 1 agenciesStrong experience in managed service digital advertising salesStrong relationships with Tier 1 digital media agencies/Holding Companies within your territoryCurrently working at an adtech company (ideally an SSP)Must be willing to come into the office 3x a week in NYCComp: $110k - $150k base + Commission
