About the Role
Own and build a Texas sales territory for an early-stage construction technology SaaS company. You will manage the full sales cycle, working with sales, marketing, and customer success to win new contractor accounts and expand adoption across projects.
What You’ll Do
Source, prospect, and close new business with named general contractor accounts in Texas and nationally.
Build relationships through job site visits, industry events, association activities, and lunch-and-learns.
Make 50 to 100 outbound calls per day, set meetings, and develop pipeline with support from business development and marketing.
Manage pipeline and forecasting in a CRM, and work toward closing 5 to 7 deals per month.
Use a land-and-expand approach to grow contract duration and adoption across multiple projects.
Partner with marketing and customer success to support a strong customer experience and account growth.
What We’re Looking For
Four to eight years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 general contractors.
A strong network of construction industry relationships and a record of meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market or enterprise new business sales.
Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting into named accounts, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Comfort with a CRM, power dialer, and AI sales tools.
Early-stage startup experience and a consistent employment history.
Based in Texas and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $125,000 to $140,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
