Are you ready to make a direct impact on the future of clean energy and sustainability ? We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead the sales of performance-based energy solutions that help clients reduce costs, boost efficiency, and meet aggressive sustainability goals.

This is a high-level, strategic sales role within a nationally recognized Sustainable Infrastructure and Energy Solutions provider . You'll work with C-suite decision-makers , build long-term partnerships, and lead the sale of guaranteed energy savings performance contracts across the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal close for bundled energy solutions and performance contracts

Sell into target verticals by identifying and cultivating relationships with C-level executives and facility stakeholders

Conduct client needs assessments and propose customized energy savings strategies

Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to build detailed, ROI-driven proposals

Utilize Salesforce, TAS, and strategic account planning tools to manage pipeline

Serve as the client advocate from early conversations through project implementation

Mentor junior sales team members and support territory growth strategy

Requirements

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field (MBA a plus)

5-7+ years of B2B solution sales experience, in energy performance contracting, ESCO, sustainability, or facility solutions

Demonstrated success selling large, multi-year contracts to executive stakeholders

MUST have experience with building systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, Security, Controls, Electrical, etc

Strong financial acumen with the ability to craft value-driven, technical proposals

Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel up to 50%
