TalentBridge is partnering with a well-established, growing technology company seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join its Rochester, NY team! This is an exciting opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and growing existing accounts.

We are open to candidates with backgrounds in SaaS, software, hardware, IT solutions, enterprise technology, POS systems, or payment technology sales. Direct POS experience is a plus, but not required.
You'll inherit an existing book of business with opportunities to expand customer relationships while also developing new business with mid-market and enterprise organizations.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow an established book of business while identifying new revenue opportunities.
Prospect, develop, and close new business with mid-market and enterprise customers.
Sell technology solutions, including POS software, hardware, payment systems, self-checkout technology, and related services.
Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions.
Background in SaaS, software, hardware, IT services, POS, payment processing, or related technology sales.
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing customer relationships.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision-makers.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
