What This Role Is:
This is a true full-desk position. You own your success.
Prospect and develop new business
Heavy cold-calling and pipeline generation
Build and manage your own book of business
Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
Cover loads by securing carrier capacity
Maintain and grow strong client relationships
Operations support handles load tracking, allowing you to stay focused on selling and scaling your book.
