Senior Account ManagerStark Tech is seeking a Senior Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth. In this role, you will establish initial contact with clients, schedule sales calls, and follow up on leads based on account type. You will develop tailored sales strategies, ensuring service agreements meet contractual obligations and accounts receivables remain current. As a trusted advisor, you will provide intelligent-building expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to generate and develop leads. Responsibilities include estimating costs, creating proposals, and presenting strategic plans to enhance client systems. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities, coordinate service agreements, and act as a project manager for smaller-scale installations.CompensationThe expected pay range for this position is $76,865-$102,487 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a commission and/or incentive compensation program. Actual earnings are based on individual performance and applicable plan terms.Work ExperienceAssociates Degree or equivalent related work experience required.10+ years of Account Manager experience required.Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential.Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.Additional skills preferred but not requiredBachelor's Degree.Technical sales experience a plus.Plan and Spec fundamentals a plus.BenefitsAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
