Job DescriptionAbout XFERALL Headquartered in Austin, TX, XFERALL is a healthcare IT mobile app service revolutionizing the patient transfer process. By matching a patient’s clinical needs to facility capabilities in real-time, we automate and expedite transfers for acute care and behavioral health patients. Our mission is to reduce response times and improve patient outcomes.
The Role Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, you will be the driving force behind the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing usage of the XFERALL platform. You will build long-term, trusted relationships with healthcare providers and corporate partners, ensuring they maximize the value of our service. As a Senior Account Manager, you will also serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success team and partner closely with regional sales to drive growth and retention.
What You’ll Do
Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for healthcare facilities and key strategic partners, from direct service providers to the C-suite.
Drive Adoption & Growth: Ensure smooth transitions during onboarding and collaborate with the regional sales team to expand XFERALL’s footprint within your assigned market.
Analyze & Strategize: Monitor customer usage metrics, forecast account trends, and deliver monthly/quarterly progress reports to demonstrate value.
Present & Educate: Lead online and in-person presentations for sending and receiving facilities, introducing new features to drive revenue and engagement.
Lead & Innovate: Mentor team members, identify operational bottlenecks, and help leadership refine overall account management processes and strategies.
What You Bring
Experience: Undergraduate degree required, alongside proven experience in the healthcare industry, account management, or a related field.
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strategic Execution: Strong project and time management skills, with a history of managing multiple accounts, meeting deadlines, and paying strict attention to detail.
Impact & Delivery Focus: Results-Driven Mindset: Highly proactive with a demonstrated history of achieving strategic objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, including CRM experience and Microsoft Office.
Work Environment & Logistics
Remote Setup: This is a remote role requiring a dedicated, private workspace with a closable door, high-speed internet, and a mobile device with access to Google apps.
Travel: Up to 20% travel required for in-person client meetings and presentations.
Physical Requirements: Standard sedentary office work, requiring extended periods of focus and computer use.
