Job description
Our client, an established specialist healthcare market access agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client work across healthcare brands. You’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day: guiding projects from brief through delivery, building trusted client relationships, and helping account teams produce thoughtful, effective work.
What you’ll do
Lead multiple client projects and workstreams from brief development through final delivery.
Build strong working relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders, and keep work aligned to their objectives.
Partner with creative, strategy, media, medical and project management teams to deliver high-quality marketing communications.
Manage account budgets, scopes, timelines and resources in partnership with finance and project management.
Keep clients informed on project status, spend and recommendations.
Develop a strong understanding of your clients’ brands, categories and healthcare markets.
Guide and mentor junior account team members, helping them grow and deliver their best work.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an agency environment;
healthcare or pharma experience is preferred.
Experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.
Experience with budgets, timelines and project delivery.
A collaborative leadership style and an interest in developing junior colleagues.
Market access experience is helpful, but not essential.
