What You'll Be Doing
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Prepare consolidation entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.
Review financial statements across multiple entities to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance.
Analyze account fluctuations and deliver meaningful variance explanations to leadership.
Support external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers.
Research and document technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, leases, and business combinations.
Assist with process improvements, controls, and documentation initiatives.
Partner with teams across the organization to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Financial Reporting
Month-End Close
Consolidations
Journal Entries & Accruals
Account Reconciliations
Intercompany Accounting
U.S. GAAP
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
Process improvement mindset with a desire to drive efficiencies
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
