Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain general ledger accounts and related reconciliations.
Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies while ensuring accuracy of financial records.
Assist with financial reporting and audit support activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and finance teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Support process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
Experience working with an ERP system .
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Team-player mentality with a collaborative approach to work.
Salary range 80k-95k
