nAbout the Role:
nWe are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Senior Accountant to join our team. In this versatile role, you will wear multiple hats-combining hands-on accounting, payments processing, and billing. Serving as a crucial link in our finance operations for a dedicated business site within a larger corporate group, you will manage day-to-day accounting and finance tasks in a fast-paced environment while driving process efficiency across modern digital tools.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnnDaily Accounting & Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily accounting entries, balance account verifications, and conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
n
nnPayments & Cash Flow: Execute outgoing vendor/supplier payments, manage payment schedules, and handle expense workflow verifications.
n
nnBilling: Manage customer invoicing, monitor receivables, track outstanding balances, and work with our financial operations team surrounding collections efforts.
n
nnOther Accounting and Reporting Tasks: Work closely with the Controller and broader accounting/finance team on month-end closing tasks, ad-hoc financial reporting, and analytical assignments.
n
nnContract & Data Management: Accurate entry and maintenance of customer contracts, billing terms, and financial data in our internal systems.
n
nnMulti-Platform Management: Utilize and navigate modern software platforms daily to streamline workflows and maintain precise record-keeping.
n
n nQualifications & Requirements:
nnnWork Experience: Minimum three years' experience in accounting/finance roles.
n
nnSystems Experience: Proficiency with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks is preferred.
n
nnTech-Savvy & Adaptability: Comfortable working across diverse platforms, with a fast-learning mindset to adopt AI tools and new technologies to optimize workflows.
n
nnOwnership Mindset: Strong sense of initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
n
nnAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to work under tight deadlines.
n
nnCommunication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
n
nnLanguage Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew is not required but a plus (for collaboration with Israeli teams)

nThe estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
n$89,000-$105,000 USD
