Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $75,000-80,000
Job Type: Full Time

This role will also eventually take on consolidations and other technical accounting work

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university
They are looking for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience in real estate or experience with full cycle accounting
What You'll Be Doing: Assist in all closing processes and financial statement preparation
Manage the fixed asset accounting function for your assigned properties
Makes recommendations and creates plans to improve internal controls when necessary
Performing P&L analysis and ad hoc reporting when necessary
Daily and weekly balance sheet reconciliations and checking for accuracy and thoroughness.
Applies standard GAAP methods; makes recommendations to improve practices or procedures.
Creating journal entries and doing bank reconciliations
