Position Overview:
The Controller and Assistant Controller are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to take ownership of general ledger functions and lead the monthly close process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is excited to bring fresh ideas to improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Oversee month-end close processes and preparation of financial reporting packages
Participate in the consolidation of multiple entities across regions
Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal controls
Support cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements to drive automation and accuracy

Curious, tech-savvy, and eager to drive efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years of relevant general ledger accounting experience
Public accounting background is a plus
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a dynamic environment
