Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting & Operations (Hybrid)
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant with strong financial reporting and operational accounting experience to join a growing manufacturing organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support key accounting activities, analyze financial results, and help ensure accurate and timely reporting.

What You Will Do:
Support the preparation and review of financial reports, analyze variances, and help resolve accounting issues in line with US GAAP and company policies
Handle accounting activities related to inventory, manufacturing, revenue, intercompany transactions, and other operational areas
Assist with internal and external audits, maintain accurate supporting documentation, and help ensure effective internal controls.
Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules throughout the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Contribute to improvements in accounting processes, reporting, systems, and documentation while assisting with special projects and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
Exposure to accounting functions within a manufacturing or public-company environment preferred
