Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

Contribute to monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and responding to questions from business partners.

Support the annual audit: preparing schedules, fielding auditor inquiries, and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.

Assist with M&A integration reporting and technical accounting for acquisition transactions.

Help maintain up-to-date accounting policies and standard operating procedures.

Drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing better tools and controls.

Handle ad hoc reporting requests and special projects as they arise.

Requirements & Skills:

5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP.

Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
