Job Role: The Senior Accountant will support the executive leadership team by managing the general ledger, directing the month-end close process, and overseeing other related accounting processes. This role requires the ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and execute ad hoc financial projects. Maintain the general ledger, including posting journal entries
Conduct bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare financial statements
Coordinate internal and external audits
Analyze cost accounting reports and highlight areas for improvement
Formulate financial models for strategic initiatives
Compile reports for long-term planning by the executive team
Improve departmental processes and manage special projects for the CEO and CFO
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Prior experience in construction or public accounting
