What You’ll Do:
Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in A/P, A/R, FP&A, and operations.
Assist with audits, compliance, and tax-related reporting.
Contribute to process improvements, ERP system transitions, and financial reporting enhancements.
Take on project-based work with Protiviti, Robert Half’s global consulting subsidiary, solving clients’ most complex business challenges.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred).
4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics Business Central, Navision, Oracle, M3, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel skills. xzgxqkn
