Our CPA firm client is seeking a Senior Accountant to be based in Mason City, Iowa. Work Model:
On-Site
What You Will Do: Prepare business returns and income tax returns
Oversee financial statement engagements
Train and supervise staff
Work closely with clients to ensure needs are met
Stay up to date with tax laws and compliance
What You Will Need to Be Successful: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
Previous experience in a CPA firm is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Proficiency in technical and computer skills
