The ideal candidate would bring 3-8 years of accounting experience out of industry, public accounting, or public/industry.
This role sits in a highly visible seat and focuses on:
Ownership of general ledger accounts and account reconciliations
Monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis under GAAP
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
Strengthening internal controls and driving process improvements
Partnering cross-functionally with finance and operational teams
Compensation is around $110K base + 10% bonus with a hybrid model (3 days in per week).
