Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Orrville, OH
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant): Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Maintain general ledger accuracy and analyze account activity
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Support audits, internal controls, and accounting compliance
Partner with leadership on process improvements and special projects
Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops toward future Controller-level leadership
Preferred Qualifications ( Senior Accountant): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Strong Excel and accounting system skills
