The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statementsMaintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activitiesAssist with internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policiesAnalyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvementPartner with operational teams to support business objectivesAssist in developing and strengthening internal controls Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsExperience with ERP systems and accounting softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCPA designation or CPA-track preferredExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, construction, industrial services, or other project-based environments is highly desirableExposure to cost accounting, project accounting, or job costing practices is considered a plus Why Join?
