Role & Career Opportunity
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. The successful candidate will be part of a deliberate succession-planning journey, with opportunities to develop higher-level accounting, operational finance, and leadership capabilities over the next couple of years. As you grow within this role you will have the opportunity to lead critical programs such as inventory controls and cycle counting, improve financial processes, support business decisions, and translate plant activity into meaningful financial insight.
The site’s smaller scale creates an exceptional hands-on, growth mindset environment where responsibilities remain varied and engaging, while its place within a much larger, financially stable family-owned enterprise provides access to sophisticated accounting systems and resources that far exceed what you would typically expect from an operation of its size.
This is also a roll-up-your-sleeves environment. While the position evolves to meaningful strategic and plant-accounting responsibilities, you must be willing to do whatever is needed to support the business—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end activities, and other general accounting responsibilities. It will include VAVE and PPV projects to take the company & product to the next level along with working closely with manufacturing operations on productivity and constancy gains. The individual who thrives here is equally comfortable closing the books and thinking three steps ahead.
For someone who enjoys manufacturing, embraces dynamic assignments, and wants to expand both their technical and leadership skills, this position offers exceptional potential to make an immediate impact and expand on a long-term career in the stable and rapidly growing Agricultural and Municipal water industry.
This hands-on leadership role reports directly to the Controller and is designed for a commercially minded, collaborative, attention to detail finance leader who wants to own something real and help build what comes next! Come join our team where you can grow your career while driving performance in support of real-time decision making that impacts the bottom line.
