Our client RibbitZ is looking for Senior Accountant in Tampa USA.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Tampa, FL. This is a premier opportunity for a professional with 3 to 5 years of progressive experience to step into a leadership role and shape the financial operations of a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a motivated achiever ready to transition into management and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, to include reviewing general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Lead and guide accounting team members, offering support and conducting performance reviews
Oversee the smooth and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close
Contribute to the creation and review of financial reports and statements
Collaborate in coordinating internal and external audit processes
Help develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification (preferred)
3-5 years of accounting experience
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
