nThe Opportunity

nWe're actively seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Accountant to join our growing Client Accounting Solutions (CAS) team. You'll work closely with a variety of clients to deliver tailored accounting services that support their ongoing operations and financial success. nWhat You'll Do

nnProvide day-to-day accounting support including general ledger management, accounts payable, and payroll processing

nPrepare monthly financial statements tailored to client needs

nAssist with multi-state payrolls and complex payroll structures

nDeliver high-quality service aligned with firm standards and client expectations

nCommunicate proactively with clients to address needs and identify opportunities

nContribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

n nWhat We're Looking For

nnBachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution

n5+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting highly preferred)

nStrong working knowledge of payroll processes, including multi-state experience

nSolid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

nDetail-oriented mindset and ability to manage deadlines effectively

nExcellent written and verbal communication skills

nLocated near a BMSS office or willing to commute/relocate
