Senior AccountantWe have a vacancy for a Senior Accountant position for a permanent opportunity in the Agriculture industry in the Porterville, California area. As a Senior Accountant, your duties will include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Located in Porterville, California, this Senior Accountant role is with a company in the Agriculture field.What you get to do every single day:Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requestsProvide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAPAid in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditorsPresent Balance Sheet account reconciliationsAllocate and prepare monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for managementDelegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessaryStrong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting processAnalyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)Partake in various department-wide initiatives
