Title: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a senior-level accounting resource, supporting the overall accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the accounting function.
Support month-end close, financial reporting, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and key operational and financial metrics reporting.
Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes while partnering with leadership to evaluate business performance and support profitability initiatives.
Coordinate tax compliance, reporting, and audit activities with external CPA partners.
Oversee and support accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and vendor payment processes to maintain accurate records and strong cash management.
Serve as a key user and administrator for ERP systems, supporting system enhancements, upgrades, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Provide financial analysis and actionable insights related to cost control, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Partner with operational and business leaders to provide accurate financial information and support informed decision-making.
Assist with identifying and implementing accounting and process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with experience taking on increased responsibility within an accounting function.
Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders and provide financial insights that support business decision-making.
Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating financial and operational data to support organizational goals.
Strong systems aptitude with experience utilizing accounting, financial reporting, and enterprise business systems.
Exposure to multi-entity, multi-location, manufacturing, or complex operating environments is preferred.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving, process improvement, and reporting capabilities.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
