Job description
Our client is a food and beverage company. They seek a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their Westchester, NY office.
Responsibilities
Manage a large-scale trade budget, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and financial oversight
Standardize reporting processes and account reconciliations across trade-related activities
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and business teams to guide trade execution and financial processes
Support internal and external reporting requests, including audit and compliance-related activities
Analyze balance sheet and P&L activity to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate posting within financial systems
Review account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy
Requirements
2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
Open to industry
Big 4 experience required
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly analytical
CPA or at least 2 parts passed required
