FTS is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee close activities, financial reporting, and accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, improve processes, and collaborate with senior leadership. Responsibilities
Oversee month-end and quarter-end close.
Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and consolidation activities.
Review accounting transactions and supporting documentation.
Support audits and maintain internal controls.
Lead and develop an accounting team.
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience managing a team and overseeing multi-entity accounting.
Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
