Job description
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead external financial reporting from our Controllership team. You will own Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K filings, plus equity accounting under ASC 718, while partnering with Legal, FP&A, People, Stock Administration and external auditors.
The role offers base pay from $160,000 to $221,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits. Location and experience may affect the offer; strong GAAP/SEC knowledge is essential for success.
