Job description
Finastra is seeking an Expert ACH Engineer in Atlanta to provide advanced functional and technical support for NACHA/ACH processing and FGPP flows within Payments. This senior role owns complex issues end-to-end, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure across regions.
The ideal candidate will analyze NACHA/NACH/AH processing, refine triage to improve FCR and MTTR, and contribute to backlogs while enabling self-service with high-quality knowledge
