Job description
Lincoln Financial Group in Omaha, NE seeks a Director of Actuary Supplemental Health Pricing to lead the pricing strategy for the Supplemental Health portfolio. You will mentor actuaries, set pricing direction, and partner with Product, Underwriting, Finance and Operations to drive strategic initiatives.
You will oversee state filings and regulatory pricing efforts, stay current on pricing best practices, and translate business targets into rate actions while developing talent across the team.
