Senior Administrative AssistantYour organization and initiative set the pace for project success. You'll lead the coordination of engineering and land development projects, supporting teams whose work shapes communities across the Boston area.About the RoleBohler's Boston, MA office is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who combines strong organizational and accuracy skills with collaboration and a proactive approach to project support. In this role, you'll partner closely with managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently, from proposals and permitting to final approvals, while mentoring others and modeling excellence in administrative operations.What You'll DoPrepare proposals and correspondence from draft to client-ready with precision and consistencyCoordinate project setup, track milestones, and manage documentation across multiple systemsUse Vantagepoint and other internal platforms to assist with project invoicing, reporting, and billing coordinationSupport project managers through financial tracking, AR follow-up, and client communicationCompile and format applications and submittals for outside agencies, ensuring completeness and accuracyManage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics for both internal and client-facing eventsMentor administrative staff and assist with onboarding or training of new team membersPartner with leadership to streamline workflows and improve administrative processesWhat We OfferA collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your input drives resultsExposure to the full lifecycle of land development projectsOpportunities for professional growth through training, mentorship, and leadership developmentA culture that values initiative, innovation, and teamworkWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of administrative experience supporting management or project-level teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or Vantagepoint a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for accuracy and detailA proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a team's successTake ownership of your work?
