Senior Administrative AssistantJohnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Vice President and designated members of the leadership team. This role is critical to enabling leadership effectiveness by proactively managing priorities, coordinating complex business activities, and serving as a trusted partner to leaders and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion, and possess strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage a highly complex calendar with a strong focus on prioritization, efficiency, and alignment to business objectives.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and associated logistics.Prepare and process expense reports in accordance with company policies.Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.Track leadership action items and follow through to completion.Business Operations & CoordinationServe as a liaison between the Vice President, leadership team members, and key cross-functional stakeholders.Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, town halls, and special events.Support organizational communication efforts and ensure timely dissemination of information.Maintain confidential files, records, organizational documents, and business information.Administrative & Project SupportAssist with department projects, operational initiatives, and business processes.Develop presentations, reports, and correspondence using information from multiple sources.Coordinate onboarding activities and support organizational transitions as needed.Manage purchase orders, vendor interactions, and selected budget-related activities.Collaboration & Relationship ManagementPartner closely with administrative colleagues across Oncology and Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.Build strong partnerships with Human Resources, Finance, Communications, Commercial, Medical, and other support functions.Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Foster a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented environment.Qualifications RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required.A minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience supporting senior leaders in a complex corporate environment.Proven experience managing executive calendars, travel, meetings, and expenses.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.PreferredExperience supporting Vice President-level or senior leadership team members.Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries.Strong project coordination and event planning skills.Experience interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
