Job description
LeoForce in Riverton, CT is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a Manufacturing Engineering team focused on high-mix, low-volume CNC machining and assembly for aerospace parts. You will own the strategic roadmap for process capability, NPI, and capital equipment while supporting daily shop-floor challenges to improve OEE and first-pass yield.
You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to deliver on-time, within-spec components
