Job description
Morgan Stanley Community Development Finance is hiring a senior-level Affordable Housing Finance Product Manager to lead end-to-end management of the Firm’s affordable housing private equity portfolio. The role oversees origination, underwriting, closing, asset management, and exits, ensuring disciplined execution and strong portfolio performance.
