Job description
Morgan Stanley is seeking a senior-level Affordable Housing Finance Product Manager to lead the end-to-end management of the Firm’s affordable housing private equity investment portfolio. You will drive origination, underwriting, risk monitoring, and exits across the investment lifecycle in a nationwide role.
You will serve as a senior product owner and relationship manager, coordinating with fund managers, sponsors, legal and risk partners, and governance forums to ensure disciplined execution
