Job description
D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking an in-house legal counsel to ensure business affairs are conducted ethically and in compliance with laws and regulations.
The role provides professional legal counsel for complex matters, reviews and negotiates contracts, and supervises employment-related legal issues across the firm. The attorney will respond to complex requests for advice from Firm personnel, develop policies, and supervise outside counsel in litigation and regulatory proceedings.
