Job description
Performance Food Group in Richmond, VA seeks a Director, Sr Associate General Counsel to manage employment-related and commercial litigation, oversee CBA negotiations, and advise senior leadership on associate relations and compliance.
You will partner with HR and operations, guide management on regulatory issues (Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, NLRA), provide training, lead investigations, and drive risk-mitigation across the business.
