About the Role
You will own the end-to-end deployment of AI agents with design partner customers, driving measurable revenue impact in a fast growing AI focused environment. You will embed directly with customers and ship agent improvements in real time to evolve how autonomous sales workflows operate.
What You’ll Do
Deploy and iterate on AI agents for prospecting and outreach in collaboration with customers
Embed with customer teams via shared channels and rapid iteration loops to translate field needs into agent improvements
Build agents that automate nuanced SDR work with clear evaluation criteria and ongoing learning
Own deployment outcomes end-to-end with high ownership and accountability for customer revenue impact
Communicate effectively with sales, engineering, and leadership to surface needs and report status
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of engineering experience, ideally with hands on production AI agent work or agentic workflows
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
Direct experience troubleshooting with enterprise customers across complex tech stacks
Strong prompt engineering, tool usage, evals, and trust calibration for production AI systems
Ability to operate with ambiguity and ship without heavy process or management direction
Based in San Francisco and willing to work in the office multiple days per week
