Job description
Wells Fargo is adding a 3-month contingent Senior Agentic AI Engineer resource assignment in San Francisco, CA (hybrid). This contract role is centered on hands-on agent development and engineering support, with a strong emphasis on coding and real implementation work.
The position involves partnering closely with developers and architects during daily team standups, analyzing complex engineering challenges, and contributing to solutions that align with function , policies , procedures , and compliance requirements and deliverables.
What you will do
Work primarily on building, enhancing, and supporting AI agents , with limited time spent in meetings.
Collaborate daily through team standups and frequent interaction with developers and architects, communicating technical needs and blockers.
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges, including evaluation of multiple factors such as intangibles or unprecedented elements.
Contribute to resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations by applying in-depth understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements tied to deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required qualifications
Specialty Software Engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated via work/consulting experience, training, military experience, or education).
Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
