Job description
Cencora is seeking a Lead Agile Coach in the United States to guide teams and leaders in applying Agile principles, structures, and practices to improve delivery flow, predictability, and outcomes. You will remove impediments, coach teams, and facilitate learning, with senior scope over complex workstreams as needed.
Responsibilities include coaching across teams, facilitating workshops, improving reporting, and mentoring peers, while aligning with local requirements and organizational goals.
