Randstad is seeking an Agile Lean Coach for a 6-month contract in Agoura Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will facilitate the improvement of agile practices, help teams adopt best engineering practices, and coach at all levels within the agile framework.
Successful applicants will have over 7 years of experience in agile environments and possess certifications in Scaled Agile and Scrum Master methodologies. This role involves collaborating with leadership to drive change and transparency within the organization.
