Job description
System One seeks a Sr Agile Coach in Washington, DC (onsite) to lead Agile transformations within federal or private spaces. You will assess team maturity, craft tailored coaching plans, and guide teams to adopt Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban practices in line with the organization’s playbook.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of related experience, plus certifications like ICP- Agile, CSP, or SAFe PPC, and proven ability to navigate change and work with Scrum Masters,
